Filippos Kampouris

With more than twenty years of experience in civil and public law, Filippos Kampouris, provides advice and offers high quality litigation services to individuals and state agencies. While Filippos is well-versed in all areas of civil and public-administrative law, his practice mainly focuses on public contracts and concessions, collateralization, recovery of claims, and real estate legal services. Maintaining a sharp intellect, commercially-focused, and client friendly approach, Filippos excels in representing clients both in complex civil law disputes, as well as in all stages of the administrative process (from the administrative hearing to the hearing before courts), in concluding public procurement contracts and in public tenders.

Filippos serves as a deputy legal advisor to the University of Piraeus (since 2010) and also as a Board director in the Regulatory Authority of Ports (since 2022).

Filippos is a Supreme Court/Council of State lawyer, registered with the Piraeus Bar Association. He has graduated from the School of Law of the University of Athens (2003), and holds two Masters Degrees, one in Public Law (School of Law of the University of Athens, 2007) and one in Law and Economics (University of Piraeus, 2021). Filippos is fluent in four languages (Greek, English, Italian, German).
