The substantial experience of our public procurement team includes:

• interpreting and implementing the European and national legislation governing public procurement procedures and public law contracts
• drafting and filling of applications, bids and other documents relating to the participation in public tenders
• reviewing, negotiating and enforcing public (law) contracts
• representing our clients before the Greek courts in disputes arising from public procurement procedures and public (law) contracts.
